DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION

Once a property to buy has been identified, we recommend keeping a sum in the hands of the owner's lawyer or selected real estate agent to secure the purchase, take the property off the market and determine the sale price. Usually this amount is between 3,000 and 10,000 EUR and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Therefore, before signing any booking document with us, we recommend that you review the terms of that document for our approval, as while the specific terms of the transaction will be included in the subsequent private purchase agreement, the important aspects are already included in the retention document , the sooner you get respect.
